Return Policy

We make sure that the operations at our end are full proof to deliver the right and high quality product to a customer as ordered or chosen.

At times things don’t go the way you have planned them and for such occasions, compensations to the valued customers is the most humble response. We will prefer to change or exchange the product in cases like these and if refund is the last resort then conditions below shall be subjected to the case;

1. Our piece of fabric is damaged, defective or different than the quality mentioned you claim for a return or change will be eligible.

2. If the product ordered was different than the product sent we shall immediately change the product with the right one. In case the size you ordered doesn’t fit to you perfectly and thus the use of the product is not possible, we shall arrange another size or probably reimburse the amount if possible.

3. The product’s tags, user manual, cards or packaging shouldn’t be altered way too much.

4. The claim for a return or refund will be considered valid only within a time of 24 hours after the shipment is received.
